New Pilot Program from Agency SOS
A faster, better way for brand leaders to get smart strategy and great creative ideas
If you saw our recent agency update, you know that we’ve been working hard to unravel a riddle:
“How can we deliver high-quality marketing help to brand leaders FAST with less hassle…for us and our clients?”
It’s a deceptively tricky question. One I’ve wrestled with since we opened the agency last year.
After all, most of my past experience is inside the full-service agency model — bespoke engagements, high-touch with lots of bodies on every account, a zillion meetings, and a huge variety of deliverables.
Clients get great work…BUT, it takes a long time, a lot of people, and it’s expensive as hell, for both the client and the agency.
One of the mistakes new creative agencies make is trying to be a mini version of the big boys. But when you scale down those operations to a smaller footprint, you just end up with a few people wearing a million hats and clocking longer hours.
It can work for a while, but it’s not a sustainable, scalable model for the long term.
Time To Focus
We spent a good chunk the summer taking a look at our approach.
Long story short: after years of telling clients to simplify and focus, I’m taking my own advice.
Agency SOS is launching a pilot program in September for two new core offerings — a 6-Week Brand Strategy Bootcamp and a 30-Day Creative Campaign Accelerator.
Born from lots of client listening and a deep unpacking of our process and expertise, we’re excited to launch a faster, better way to get smart strategy and great creative ideas.
